Java Server Lists

Add players to vanilla Minecraft Java server files. Place downloaded files in your server root (same folder as server.jar).

Bedrock Server Lists

Add players to Bedrock Edition server files. XUID or Floodgate UUID for cross-play.

When adding Bedrock players to Java whitelist/ops/ban lists, use Floodgate UUID so they can join GeyserMC cross-play servers. Bedrock lists use XUID only.

Bedrock Edition JSON — World's Only Free Generator

No other free website generates Bedrock Dedicated Server JSON files. Verified. Java Edition has dozens of whitelist and ops generators; Bedrock admins had nothing — until now. This tool creates permissions.json (operator, member, visitor), allowlist.json, and banned-players-bedrock.json — ready to drop into your Bedrock server folder. Enter Xbox gamertags, get XUIDs automatically, add Floodgate UUID for GeyserMC cross-play, download. Java support (banned-players.json, whitelist.json, ops.json) included.

Ban List, Whitelist & Ops — FAQ

Place the JSON files in your Java server root directory — the same folder as server.jar. Put banned-players.json, whitelist.json, and ops.json there. Restart the server after replacing files. Use /whitelist reload if the server is already running.

Place permissions.json, allowlist.json, and banned-players-bedrock.json in your Bedrock Dedicated Server root folder — the same directory as bedrock_server.exe (Windows) or bedrock_server (Linux). Restart the server, or use /permission reload for permissions while the server is running.

Ban list (banned-players.json) blocks players from joining. Whitelist (whitelist.json) restricts the server to only listed players when white-list=true in server.properties. Ops (ops.json) grants operator/admin permissions to listed players.

Yes. The JSON List Wizard supports Java Edition (banned-players.json, whitelist.json, ops.json) and Bedrock Edition (permissions.json, allowlist.json, banned-players-bedrock.json). Floodgate UUID is available for cross-play servers using GeyserMC.

This is the world's only free online tool that generates Bedrock Dedicated Server JSON files — permissions.json (operator/member/visitor), allowlist.json, and banned-players-bedrock.json. Other sites only offer Java Edition (UUID-based) generators. Bedrock uses XUID; we look up gamertags and output ready-to-use JSON.

No. We verified: DedicatedMinecraft.host, MinecraftTools.net, and others only generate Java Edition format (whitelist.json, ops.json with UUIDs). Bedrock Dedicated Server requires XUID and different file formats (permissions.json, allowlist.json). This is the only free site that generates Bedrock server JSON from gamertags.

Enter a Bedrock player's Xbox gamertag in the search box. We look up their XUID from our cache or from GeyserMC's API, then you can add them to permissions.json, allowlist.json, or banned-players-bedrock.json. Floodgate UUID is included for cross-play servers.

permissions.json sets player permission levels on a Bedrock Dedicated Server: visitor (view only), member (play normally, no commands), or operator (full admin). Each entry needs the player's XUID. online-mode must be enabled for XUID verification.

Java: Restart the server, or use /whitelist reload for whitelist changes. Bedrock: Restart the server, or use /permission reload for permissions. Ban list changes usually require a restart on both editions.

Yes. On the profile lookup page, open Manage JSON Lists from the Player Actions menu, then use the Upload button for each list. You can merge entries, add new players, then download the updated file.
