Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the VoidMod Discord bot or web panel ("the Service"). The Service is operated by Craig Tunstall, operator of Void Resonance. By adding VoidMod to your Discord server or using the panel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Age requirement: The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over, in line with Discord's minimum age requirement. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You must not use the Service to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers, or other users' data.
  • Abuse automated features (e.g. artificially inflating XP or giveaway entries).
  • Circumvent moderation actions applied through the bot.
  • Use the web panel to impersonate other users or misrepresent moderation actions.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidMod and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, moderation errors, or downtime.

You are responsible for verifying that any moderation actions taken by or through the Service comply with your server's rules and Discord's policies.

4. Access and termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove the bot from any server or revoke panel access at any time, with or without notice, if we determine these Terms have been violated.
  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

You may remove the bot from your server at any time. When the bot is removed, all data for your server (settings, XP records, moderation logs, giveaways, etc.) is automatically and permanently deleted from our database. No further action is required. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Data and privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is kept, and your rights regarding your data. By using the Service you also accept the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected by these Terms.
